Acne Skin problem, Light Therapy? Other options?

So, i have moderate acne.
Tried all there is to try and now looking at Light Therapy.
Blue and red light that kills the p.acne bacteria, what do you think? any experiences?
Any other suggestions? Thought about taking Vit B5 and Vit E?
Already taking Multivitamin with small doses of those in it and a probiotic daily.

Hi, i had a random break out of moderate acne (mainly on my chin and cheek area). I had light therapy and it made my skin really really bad. My acne prior to the treatment was not too bad, but i never had an issue with acne until that point and it bothered me so i sought treatment. The consultant told me that light (blue/red) was the best option but it made my skin get Severe Acne and it was extremely painful. They told me this was normal, but before i had the treatment i asked them and they said it would only get better not worse. My experience may just be a unique case, but its good to ensure you know all your options before engaging in any treatment especially if its expensive. As soon as i stopped my skin got better the acne stopped but i was left with really bad scars which have taken months to disappear and im still left with some deep scarring its not too noticeable now but it was for a long time. This might not happen to you, but i found internal health treatments better for me by taking some pills and a liquid solution. I hope this helps good luck
