Is Complete Acne Therapy System by Neutrogena a good product?

I’m a teenage girl with mild-ish acne. I just want to have clear skin. I’m on a bit of a budget and I was wondering if this product would work for combination skin.

use one of the above along with a cream that contains benzoyl peroxide (5% or 10%) like OXY – and thats all you need !
